I'm in a bit of a quandary about what to do, whether to have a shot at programming the cpld or not. I went to the Digilent website for a look at a Jtag-HS2 and there's not much similarity, so rather than try to program the device detected by Boundary Scan, I looked for some help files and found the page in the picture. I connected the cable with iMpact running and it was identified by the console as a Digilent Jtag-HS2 cable, which I thought was strange because the cable is marked as a DLC9LP, which is compatible with iMpact.

The latest version of ISE Design Tools, 14.7, is for Win7 but there's a special version downloadable from Xilinx for Windows 10 which reportedly runs with known issues. It also had a CD-R with Lab Tools 14.7 on it but I'd already downloaded the ISE Webpack from Xilinx onto my Win7 laptop, so that wasn't a problem. I bought a Xilinx Platform USB cable from an Aliexpress vendor sometime ago and it arrived along with a usb cable and an adapter board and some ide cables for the adapter, which converts from Xilinx 14-pin idc to 10-pin idc and also to a 7-pin single inline connector. I've run into a problem trying to program my Minus One, it's the sort of problem that someone might know something about, hopefully. I'm glad it's not my solder skills that made it fail This might help others and me in the future. So for future reference, here's the JTAG pin setting on the board:

Well, he will know it since he's the creator of this board. This confirms what Myelin also wrote in his reply. No schematic there But I found the description of the JTAG connector and I decided not to use my 10p flat cable but the one with loose ends. I then wanted to check the diagram so I downloaded the KiCad files. Since I don't have the ceramic capacitors in my large stock I decided to leave these as is. In the VRM datasheet I noticed that it needs 1uF ceramic capacitors but I have electrolytic capacitors. I checked the 3.3V with my scope and it's really a nice DC signal with very little noise.
